For this mission I used the 3 free generals I get from the us campaign. I deployed the artillery genersl right away and built line infantry and riflemen for the 2 infantry generals. For the rest of the mission I built light artillery. I focus on killing the enemy troops in front, focus on their artillery first. The artillery you have has a range of 3 spaces, so this to your advantage to prevent enemy artillery from firing back.
On turn 5 Napoleon will arive with more artillery. Once enemy units are cleared, kill the fortress to cause their morale to drop and than take Marseilles. The enemy should leave the port open and you can use your naval unit you start with to capture it. To hold the port I had to build more naval units.
Move artillery units south west to kill the navy general Spain has to end the mission.
