This one is fairly simple. You just have to capture one enemy city. I used the 3 free America generals and Falsen, who can be obtained in the Canada missions.
First off bring Lannes down next to the water and build artillery and infantry. Put Falsen on the ship and engage the enemy frigate. On round 2 half of your forces should be in the water. Build one militia in your objective to defend against the enemy cavalry. On round 2 the enemy ship should charge into your forces, he can easily be killed especially if you build a coastal gun beforehand. When transporting your troops across the water be mindful of the enemy artillery, it has 3 hex range. To save your fragile artillery swing them down to where the enemy temple is.
