I have Napoleon, Bismarck, and the starting generals, what is a good approach to this level? The second round we get hit with a poison tech and start off with no cities, I can barely even take Gneisenau’s city with out losing half my generals. Any tip to this mission?

And I was worrying that I can't do this with Suvorov Anyway if anyone has finished the last Lannes mission, - I'm interested as well. It is a very instructive mission btw, because we can see how strong our generals can potentially become in the future...

To pass the mission You need to occupy the city Gneisenau is holding. Attack him with all Your gens. As soon as You occupy the city all the enemy units will be confused for 2 more turns after You did it. Use these 2 turns to kill Blucher. After that just mop up and move to surround and kill Scharnhorst. Of course the mission is not for the starting gens

Im trying this with the 3 free gens and 2nd campaign tech... Tried it myself, no generals maxed out tech level. I almost succeeded, I even killed Scharnhorst but couldn’t take the last city out in time. Anyway, I would save yourself the headache and instead come back to it, and hood vi once your tech level is maxed out and your general’s are all emperor’s. Its easier just to get the 50 medals from a netherlands conquest. But if you want to, take all of the stables and factories the enemy has, because Scharnhorst won’t leave the city, meaning that the enemy won’t be able to spam troops.

I tried it once again with maxed out Murat, took 13 turns. Further proves my point, accumulate the good generals then stress out over the difficult mission. I tried it once again with jourdan falsen and an upgraded Dabrowski with meh items, couldn’t do it.

All the forces on the top left city to conquer it . When you have the city you cause a "triple confusion morale drop" with "?" . So you have to annihilate the inactive Blucher in 2/3 turns . Then bombard one time the last city with a card and keep attacking , till the city is yours . I'd suggest to take only the center-top stable (the factory with light artillery won't do any damage).

Yeah took me 7 turns with my elite generals as well. If you don’t kill blucher when the rumor occurs, this doesn’t necessary mean you will lose, but you will have to put down sophia and a line infantry in that city or blucher will take it back. Eventually, you will whether down his health. The real trick is taking the city Scharnhorst is on. Both of the artillery units will he extremely damaged and so will the grenadier cavarly unit, so taking it will be a nightmare.

1. it's impossible without healing items. I used cav+inf on healings (+50 and +50) aand +10 on each cannon 2. wait first turn and let them poison just 1 unit. Send 1 unit towards stable where is "anti cavalry fortification" . 3. you need to take that stable (its oke if infantry general come out of town, what you need to do is to capture closest stable .imo its oke even bombard it, because its crucial to prevent them spam cavalry from this stable) 4.then take closest city , what make 3-ple morale drop "?" if you have weak generals you can heal them or wait 1-2extra turns to be ready wipe out Blutcher + spam cavalry when you take city).
So yes if you need that golden medal then it's not that hard, just restart few times if you can't take stable on turn 3-4(I had luck with Musket Cavalry when they "stuck" on that stable and didn't create new).
