Wave 1: Team up with Brueys to smash the British fleet.
Wave 2: Start to retreat as Brueys' fleet is getting destroyed.
Subsequent waves: Hold out at the city using the arty. Destroy the port to prevent capture & rebuild the port when you can fight at sea again.
Tip: Flank the enemy ships to demoralize them &possibly reduce enemy atk, so as to preserve your fleet's HP as much as possible. Also, only focus on upgrading Industry & Market, followed by Farm if possible.
