Terrible. Has no offensive skills and he is super overpriced. If you have that amount of medals and do auto-Netherlands Conquest twice which takes less than an hour, you can get Ney who is among the top 5 cavalry generals in the game, instead of this guy that is as useful as Belsford. 1 star, don’t even think of buying Grouchy.
