Eh stats, his skills are eh as well. Maneuver is ok, edge is good, jungle fighting is not bad but he doesn't have precision strike. 860 medals is not worth it at all, Greene is meh, but I would get Ney as a beginner.

More or less overall stats, he can only reach Duke, and for his price range, Ney is much better. 3 stars.

Get Greene, for his price, he is actually quite good, but if you can squeeze up 300 more, get Ney.
