He fought several battles against Napoleon.
And all of it were neither victory or defeat. So he was quite good battlefield general.

Just get Greene if you want tactics master for a cheap price so badly. If you don't and just want a cheap cav gen as a starter, Ney is your guy. Otherwise Lan is the choice, but a beginner doesn't have Lan.

Decent, but too expensive for what he offers. Ney isn’t that much more expensive than him and yet way better. 3 stars.

He’s actually worse than other super bad generals like Grouchy and Brown because both of his skills are RNG skills which you can’t count on. He can’t two shot anything so he’ll die really fast from counterattacks should you try to use Tactic master on him, and crit damage up is worse than having a consistent damage up. |
