All jokes aside, his skill set is really strong for a cavarly general. No one else has both of them together unfortunately

Plus, why consider Ludwig when you get Jourdan for free after completing the second mission of Declaration of Independence? |

Ludwig is way better than jourdan imo. Salvo is superior to mf whereas art master is superior to storm fort |

I checked. You are right they can reach prince. Ludwig is way better than jourdan imo. Salvo is superior to mf whereas art master is superior to storm fort But Jourdan can be a starter artillery general just fine. No reason to buy Ludwig. By the time you are actually going to need a non-free artillery general, you will have better options. |
