First off, you are going to have two groups. The units that start on the border of Austria, and the units that start in the Caucasus. The Russians have three cavalry general's here (and will spawn 2 more) so put your best infantry general on the elite infantry that you start with and defend Tbilisi. It's important that he stays in the city to take only a fraction of the damage he'd normally take while also dishing out major damage to the enemy cavalry. My general has an ambulance equipped so he had no problem killing all 3.
The Austrian group of your units will be defending against Russia at Bucharest and in 4 rounds the Austrians will also attack. Things will start to look dire, but continue to hold out and press the attack in the Caucasus. Rhine and Saxony will attack Austria from the west and France will come from the north. With your combined efforts Austria will eventually lose the war of attrition.
By the time you capture Vienna (Rhine did in my game) Sicily will have probably taken Rome from Italy. Build a ship or two and a couple infantry units and cross over the water into Italy's territory. The artillery general that starts in Istanbul should also join this group whether by land or by sea as they will eventually go to Sardinia and Morocco. Egypt will also help and may take a few cities from Sicily. This is happening on round 25 or so.
Meanwhile, after defeating Austria you should look to take all of Russia's cities in the backline. You start with many units near Tbilisi and this will become your main force. Bolivar, like I said before, has an ambulance equipped so that's why you can see he goes from low health to full and is able to participate in the invasion. Russia will be divided too thin between attacking France, Rhine, and Denmark so you should be able to take these cities with relative ease. I sent Jourdan (he was on the starting siege artillery next to Bucharest) to Berlin to take care of any Russians around there and was able to swipe the city from France. Denmark was getting massacred by Britain and Sweden so I'm glad I was able to get it as it was the base for my attack on the Swedes.
Once you finish invading Russia at about turn 35-38, focus on Sweden. You could attack them simultaneously if you managed to steal Berlin, but every game is different and it could take many playthroughs to get the same script that I did. Regardless, Sweden must fall. As you can see from my screenshots, Britain was the major enemy here and it took some time to kick them out of Denmark. Instead of helping the invasion of Sweden, I had Jourdan start heading across the land towards London. Unfortunately I had only one lone artillery unit to send with him so he was quickly halted after landing. The conquest would probably be 10 turns faster if I didn't have to wait for my units from Sweden to sail all the way across to Manchester in order to start invading Britain.
Back to the units that you sent to Rome, they should have gone from there to Sardinia and then finally to Morocco. There will be a nice mob of allied units to help you take these places, so just follow them. At around turn 45, start stockpiling Forced March tactics. As many as you can. This is because 1.) I used 4 of them to get Bolivar from Warsaw to London in 8 turns and 2.) Those pesky British islands off the coast of Spain that the AI seems to ignore. The closest units you'll have are the ones at Morocco so use Forced March on them to get them moving.
From here it's just mop up. Britain will continue to be annoying but will eventually fall to the massive zerg rush from your allies. Finished in 64 turns for an A rank, but you can easily obtain an S rank by having better foresight than I did and preparing your invasion of Britain way sooner by building units to escort Jourdan there instead of sending him by himself like me.
Some general tips I have: Take on Russia one city at a time and built plenty of artillery near Tbilisi to help take all of their cities. Ottoman starts off with added artillery mobility tech, you'll want to research the +10% damage as soon as Austria stops attacking. If you have no more use for a group of units, disband them. As you can see in the screenshots, I sent a squad to the very northern point of Russia to take that level 1 city and immediately disbanded them. The cap of 160 population is incredibly small for the superpower that you are forced to be.
That being said don't be afraid to push up to 180 or 190. Your income will easily sustain you, I was still making 700 gold per turn at 185 population.

Thank you for the excellent guide! Just one thing- the Spanish were kind enough to deal with the British islands for me(the ones near Iberia) Also, declaring war on Sicily a few turns before Italy joins is helpful for the Italians. And if you lend Denmark some money every turn, theyll take care of Sweden for you
