This is the 9th mission in the British empire campaign. I managed 3 star using Washington, Kutuzov, and the 4 free generals.
At the start demolish the port and build a factory. Than Upgrade the lvl 3 city to lvl 4 so we will be able to build siege artillery and grenadiers for our generals.
Focus on advancing west and capturing the cities along the way. When you get close to the lvl 4 city Guadlupe will come out of the city and attack. Kill him to get a morale boost. When you capture the lvl 4 city that Guadlupe was on, the Mexicans will suffer a morale drop and 4 enemy units will spawn in the sea. Try to attack them while they are in the sea and clear the remaining enemy units in the north.
Once the north part of the map is clear of enemy units, you can advance down Mexico to capture the lvl 3 city and than Mexico City. Your allies should have destroyed the city HP of Mexico City. Be aware the remaining enemy units will counter attack when you take Mexico City. After beating back the counter attack, take the last lvl 4 city to end the mission.
