This is the 11th mission in the british empire campaign, I managed 3 star using Washington,Kutuzov, and the 4 free generals. Our goal is to capture the lvl 4 city and kill all 4 Russian generals.
We don't start with many units but we will get reinforcements. Reinforcements come on turn 6 and 11
Help capture the lvl 4 city and than kill Tolstoy to get a morale boost. I used my navy to clear the artillery south of the city to give a spot for Kutuzov to attack the city from. The other Russian generals will come to towards the recently captured lvl 4 city. Be on the defense and kill them when they come close. You can use your remaining naval units to focus fire on the Russian generals near the coast.
