I am trying to figure out the best way to do this. On the first turn 3 enemy cavalry will spawn at the lvl 4 city in front of our starting position. They will move towards the other enemy cities and if they reach the city, reinforcements will spawn for the enemy. Is it worth it to chase and kill all the cavalry? I am thinking it may just be best to focus on capturing the city instead

I didn’t chase the cav and focused on the city. I focused my forces into the center and then move to the top right and then south to the bottom right. I left a few forces in the center city and had to spawn inf every turn to hold it. The city got swarmed hard in the last few turns and I just made it on the last turn for 3 stars. So it’s possible to brute force it.

I went a different route after taking the center city, I went south than bottom right than top right

Killed all 3 and no reinforcements came. Finished in 13 rounds. Easytech is really clever in this one.

I can never chase down the Cav properly so the reinforcements always come for me @-@

I chased down all the cav first hunting them through the map and then concentrate on the city of torre. You will have to create a patriot army every turn in the city where torre was to hold it and fend off the enemy counter attack. I used sofia to reduce the damage suffered, cause i have upgraded her pretty much, but you can use ariel as well to reduce the cost of troops. After capuring the city i went north and finally south taking the last key point finishing in 15 rounds.

Can somebody give me a full plan for this mission? I have began the Liberation of South America campaign today and I keep feeling the dejavu of it being like the American campaign in European War 4 with kinda like low tier/class units, enemy being very superior and you get sometimes some decent units to combat and peform a lot. Also, In the british campaign and conquest I have depended on the Highlander units for defence, also they only took 4 population points, but I have heard a lot of fuss about the Patriotic army being highly inferior to normal units and I see it, their traits are completely useless and the stats look good when compared to other units but they just get shredded and the Highlander units seem like god-tier to them, so is Line or Millita a preferable alternative for defence and support?

Only deploy medium armored units when a bunch of horsemen or rockets are attacking you. No special unit is worse than its original version by ability, but maybe for price efficiency. PA is better if you have plenty of money but under cavalry attack. LA when you need more money elsewhere. Militia when you are in a financial crisis or your enemies mostly are not cavalry.

I have an advice for this campaign. After capturing Lv.4 City, you must build an large fort next to it and spam any troops to hold this city. After that like your tatics which is said above, capture cities from bottom to top right. Here is my prove
