Battle of Paris is the 5th mission in the birth of the empire campaign. I managed 3 stars using Washington, Kutuzov, Mahmud, Clinton, Gates, and Jourdan.
At the start I capture the lvl 2 city directly north. Than the lvl 4 city north-west. Here you will encounter 3 French generals. Kill them before capturing the lvl 3 city to the west. Now march your generals to directly capture Paris.
While your generals are capturing Paris, French troops will come from the north to attack the 2 cities you hold in the middle. Hold the 2 cities by building militia/line infantry every turn.
Once Paris is captured I moved my generals to capture the lvl 4 city in the north. My allies were already attacking the city so I just hit it with Kutuzov and my allies were able to take it.
I was able to kill Napoleon with militia/line infantry spawned from the cities and allies help.
Your allies will get reinforcements. On turn 4 more Austrians will arrive. On turn 6 Swedish troops will arrive. On turn 11 more russian troops will arrive.
