Tried this 2nd mission in challenge Hundred Days’ War several times but cant win this.
Anyone has a strategy to accomplish it?

Tried this 2nd mission in challenge Hundred Days’ War several times but cant win this. Anyone has a strategy to accomplish it? Not one of my favorites, I must admit  , because my naval technologies are underdeveloped. But even Suvorov (on a ship of the line) and Lannes (on a frigate) (each of them had an Ambulance and a tent) were able to make a way clear for Napolen and my other generals. Spam militia units to distract French and British ships. Napoleon has an Ambulance as well, so the chance is high that his landing will be successful. Don't try to outplay British ships, give them fight before Napoleon will reach them. |

Hi, i think the best way is go with all You army as fast as possible on the right edge of the map and get the city as quickly as it is possible. Napoleon will survive few battles but finally British fleet will kill him, so I think it makes no sense to take a battle with main forces. Kill only ships on the right edge to make a path for Your main troops.

Thx for the advice. Not that hard to get 3 stars. Just go to north and use ships as buffer for your units. Land as fast as possible a d take the city.
Managed it easy with 1 star, and all three wasn't that difficult.

Napoleon kills himself before im able to take the city, any advice on how to keep him alive?

Keep trying, that's all i can say. The pathing of the British ships will make or break that challenge. Also, make sure that your cavalry and infantry gens are healthy when they land, and protect Napoleon at all costs. Try separating and harassing the British ships before Napoleon gets near them.

Well,I got close to landing Napoleon, then he got stupid,instead of landing,he went off to attack warships.
