I can capture Detroit, but that's as far as I can go because my units are severely weakened and my nukes don't do squat against Eisenhower. I have no clue how to use my lasers either. Is there a specific path I should take?

I have the same issue, I can always get to Detroit and the unnamed city below Eisenhower. My offence stalls because the enemy nukes my tanks

I never get the other City and I don't have problems with nukes. Eisenhower is way too strong

Does Eisenhower advance at all? From Arnold do I go to the northeast city and surround Eisenhower?

I finally beat this mission, what I did was I tried a new strategy where you send half your troops north straight to Detroit. The southern troops take out every city all the way to the sea. The northern army stalls around MacArthur's city, so dont even bother attacking him. You'll need to constantly be rebuilding your army because the Americans dont stop sending missiles at your tanks. once you take the city east of Detroit, I skipped past all the cities and went straight for Eisenhower with my North and Southern armies combined. I also sent 3 H-bombs on the city and my generals ended up disabling him with rumor. after you take Washington go north east for new York, and the last unnamed city. My generals I used were Manstien, Guderian(rumor), Patton(rumor), Konev(rumor), Leeb. My tech tree is mid-CWE for artillery and tanks. Good luck on this one

Good luck on this one Idon't own Manstein or Patton and I haven't put skills on Konev. I own Mannerheim and Rommel as well. SHould I still try this strategy?

Whatever works out in the end is good for you. Also, you should give Konev a lvl 3 Rumour as well to strengthen him.

Rommel is just as good as Patton, so if you have a good tech tree you can do it

But you have Manstein. I run out of steam after Detroit and outside the southern city

I'm not sure then. maybe try to save up medals and buy a different tank gen Yep, supersmashkoala. If I guess & recall correctly, you have Messe, Rommel, Konev, Leeb, Mannerheim & Blamey, right? You should either (a) farm for Guderian then complete this or (b) farm for lvl 4-5 Rumour for your arty gens then complete this. You may be lacking in firepower.

I now own Mannerheim, Guderian, Konev, Nimitz, Rommel and Leeb. My main thought is to grind for Rokossovsky, but there aren't many ways to grab medals for me anymore.

Then give up on Rokossovsky for now. Aim to achieve at least lvl 3, recommended lvl 4 or best-case lvl 5 Rumour.
