You need a good tank gen. (I used Guderian + Leeb just to make it quick) For techs its not necessery if you are extremely lucky, but I highly recommend taking armoured assault lvl 2 (which gives 75% to attack again as a tank when killing sy). Maybe the gold cost decreasing on planes can be helpful. No wonders are needed.
Now, as you can see we have to attack instead of defend, unlike in normal mode. What we want to do is to all in the city where Slim is (dont even look at the other cities) but dont attack Slim yet, while youre waiting you should kill the surrounding units and use the tank gen last shot them again and again. Oh and dont spend anything save up for airstrikes. And also your navy is useless let them sit there just for the income. When Slim moved out to get the red city over the river, dont worry he'll be killed by the ally. Now capture the city and sit your tank gen there. If you are sure you got enough money use strategic bombs to capture the remaining cities. I finished at circa 12 turns. That's it I hope I could help you. Sorry for not having screenshots.

A recommended move for the war at sea is to try to prevent the enemy's amphibious landings.
However, if you're able to storm the remaining cities by air like in the guide, you don't need to try to hold off a naval landing.

I forget to mention that your starting cities are not win conditions.

The first picture is the guide, second picture is the starting position and units. Guide key:Green arrows are where you should go, red arrows are where enemies will go, yellow arrows are where your allies will go, and the blue arrow is a strategic bomb+ paratroop order. Finished in 14 turns with Messe with green nameplate (on the starting triple heavy tank) and late pacific-early Cold War tech (Tech required is mainly lvl 1 fuel for air and a few minor upgrades, so as to strat bomb the red circle city positioned west and to take the cities for 3 stars. 75% assault is recommended) The ships just have to stop Alexander from landing, and the job is done for them. First, send all units to attack the city Slim is in. Once captured, try to send the forces west to recapture the city that Terauchi started next to. Save up as much money as possible to bomb the last city and paratroop it. Should take a few hundred gold. Once that’s done, congrats! You have three-stared the easiest pacific hard campaign level!

operationoverdrive, nice guide you made there thanks so much! To add on, your naval units should just hold out against the british unit carriers and block them from landing, actually wiping the british navy out first is not a priority if you lack a naval general. The body of water beside slim's city is where many enemy units will go into in an attempt to cross the river, which is a good opportunity for you to destroy them while they are in water(since land units take more damage at sea). If you have 2 generals one can be sent to take slim's city while one can be used to stop the allied advance on terauchi's city and push them back, so essentially the campaign can be completed faster where you dont have to strategic bomb alexander's city. But good job man, this is a useful guide

With great tech and great generals, you can beat this in 3-4 turns with only 2 generals.

Beat in 14 turns. The enemies are tougher but the objectives are much easier to complete.
