I used Guderian & Leeb. Assault lvl 2 for tanks (75% chance to attack again if you kill sy) and 80% chance that they cannot attack back for rocket arts are useful techs. No wonders are needed.
First you should captire Mandalay and kill the general there. From here I built an art to defend against a wave. Thanks to the debuff its easy to confuse Ushijima and Hoto (enemy gens on the US front) and eventually kill them and the city underneath the US. This should help the american allies to push without problems. You can now spam rocket arts from the city we just captured. Now you should bring all your units to kill Itagaki and take his city. The british should have captured the city below them by now. Guderian and Leebs shall go for Terauchi, the remaining units shall go for the last two cities. Finish those with airstrikes if needed.
