Since I've hit a roadblock at Red Storm and I want more medals, I've decided to do NATO's missions. I'm stuck at Missile Crisis. I can barely pass Mexico City and their navy overwhelms mine. What's the best strategy?

Also I lose Miami and my units run out of steam at Zhukov and Timoshenko.

Also I lose Miami and my units run out of steam at Zhukov and Timoshenko. Storm Havana first, using your navy as escorts & anti-troop transport weapons. Meanwhile, send weak reinforcements to your allies as they invade Mexico. When defending, spam MI to hold the city. After taking Havana, invade Mexico from the sea.

I stormed my generals through Mexico, and used the navy to fend off the Soviet and Cuban units. I built a few units in Miami to prevent the Cubans from paratrooping in, and once I killed Zhukov and took his city, I sent all the units to get Havana.

Is MI Motorized or Mechanized? Whenever I try this my units get obliterated at sea, no matter what. I died inside when my Konev on the triple rocket got disintegrated by the reds. And if I go by land, same issue as some of the others here, my forces break on Zhukov and Timeshenko like water on rock

I beat it by going through Mexico and nuking Timoshenko/Zhukov.

All green nameplates, although I can bump those up pretty quick.

Maybe grab a decent naval gen too

You just need two good tank generals and one arty general, the one in miami goes to cuba and the others go to Mexico, try to capture monterrey first and let bradley and whats left of his army storm the Mexican capitol, also build some subs to hold miami from the 2nd wave of cubans,Timoshenko will move to your capital to kill your troops, just hold him and nuke zhukov, take the city and then nuke Kuznetzov.I recommend you to have generals with rumor and explosives for fast breaching i did it with Vatutin,Guderian and Konev and all of them with LT.Colonel rank,if your generals have a high rank then it should be EZ.

I still have 4 hard missions to clear between WW2 Europe and Pacific campaigns, so that should net a few hundred with the achievements. And I have yet to get any of the conquest 1950 awards. Still, a daunting amount of medals to make.

I know because I got them from farming Daily Battles in my 2nd run.
