Morillo is cheaper and I think it's better than hood

Actually, for people who dislike tactics master, he is a good replacement for nelson. He lacks Nelson’s escorting skill though, so he will take 20% more damage. And he doesn’t cost much cheaper than Treville, who a lot of people agree that he is the second best naval general in the game.

The reason for his pricey cost is his set of 2 skills that reduce 25% damage from distance and 10% chance to reduce damage by 50%. Imagine that 100 damage done by other ships be reduced to 37.5 and you'll understand. He doesn't need the escort skill himself, and if workin together with any admiral with escort skill, he'll be OP, even bombarding Artilleries. The Alert skill is really good with an admiral, not many afford this skill

His skills aren't amazing, but his stats are. Definently a good navy gen, I prefer Victoria and Sakurako though. He is still good though. Also remember navy isn't needed that much until maybe Crimean War. 4 star
