Is anyone good with technology?
Somehow, it's possible that even with my phone & its charger properly connected, with the electrical switch turned on, my phone can refuse to charge! The charging light is on, the socket & other devices are not damaged badly and my phone even gives a predicted charging time as if it's charging normally.
This "fake charging" has occurred more than once. Worse still, there are instances when charging it can take a predicted 12 - 16 hours!
Is there any other solution BESIDES: (a) Turning off the switch, removing the USB insert, inserting the USB insert again before turning on the power to hope for a better result (b) Changing to a new phone (c) Factory reset my phone

Have you searched the model and problem? Sometimes others have the same problems with certain phones.

I tried the method where people drain a phone to 0% then let it recharge to 100%. Afterwards, I will turn off the charger before turning on the phone. I think I've found another website for now. This time, using the specific model. I'll try out its advice when I have time. Off-topic: Can your suggested issues apply to other devices? I had 3-4 mobile devices fail to charge after I unintentionally drained them, which were the first & only instances of a failure to charge on the other devices

Yeah just buy a new battery and hire a technician to handle that sort of thing. I had to delete my EW4 progress since I abused my IPhone 4s battery and now it doesn’t even last a full 3 hour run making it significantly useless.
And yes it takes literally half a day to charge
Also: HaVe YoU TriEd TuRniNg It oFF aNd oN aGaIN?

Try different outlet, it could be a voltage issue. To verify that its connected to your phone completely, you could plug it into your computer and see if you can access your phones content. If you can than try changing the battery.

Don't really know how to tell in English,
Is your phone IP dustproof?
If not, there might be some dust on the connector of your phone, which makes sure your usb c (or b) doesn't connect properly and your phone won't charge properly.
If it's indeed the case you could clean it yourself, but I wouldn't recommend it as it can seriously hurt your phone. Here's a vid about it for iPhone (works the same on other devices):
It's a smarter idea to go back to the store you got your phone from, and ask them to clean your charging port (fixed in a minute).

As your phone still charges, albeit very slowly, it could also be software related. So I need to ask you how much free storage your device has.
It's recommended to not fully fill it, but keep like 25% free (also makes your phone quicker). If you don't know which files are occupying your memory enable developer mode and check debug mode to see what files are taking the space.
This is usually done by going to the android build version and tapping it a few times, but this varies a bit from phone to phone.
Also did you install a specific app / did something different just before the slow starting began?

Also did you install a specific app / did something different just before the slow starting began? There is no specific trigger. Even the ET apps I installed around this time remain in the "Always Sleeping Apps" section. As for file size, I use ~20 out of 32 GB of space, which is definitely less than 66.7% of space used.

Apparently, a combination of Safe Mode + Maximum Power Saving Mode still cannot solve my issues because my 1h 25min "Fast Charge" is as sluggish as a normal 3-6h or worse, a long 8-12h charge.

As mentioned by Bismark make sure it's not the electrical outlet that's causing trouble also as Netherfreek posted we always need to use clean connectors that are free of dust or any dirt but most likely your battery is about to die, I suggest you back up anything important. My old phone did more or less the same thing when I used auto-play on it a lot.
I don't think there is much you can do other than getting a new battery or a new device.
Gaming is hard on batteries so when you get a new battery/phone:
-Don't let your phone overcharge overnight : the battery works hard during charging, going past 100% all the time reduces battery life. Ideally stop charging at 90%, the last 10% of charging is stressful on batteries.
- Occasionally let your battery go all the way to zero before recharging, it helps recalibrate itself.
-Weed out all the apps that run in the background (some of these run when the phone is not in use), these apps are battery killers. I don't even let my AV do this, I have had battery issues too many times because of these apps.
-Always turn GPS and wifi off unless you need them.

Lemme guess, the battery is ruined due to charging while using it? I do that all the time and ended up killing the battery

Lemme guess, the battery is ruined due to charging while using it? I do that all the time and ended up killing the battery Nope. In fact, I think my charger or phone is secretly channelling the power to some other dimension, because I rarely charge & use at the same time. I'll probably check the charger & its USB cable for damage and to see if it's the cause when I have time. Right now, I'm halfway through a major examination.
