If you're saying about golden medal - use for promoting your general title - the answer is no, you can only get limit of them as reward in playing process and buy more in shop. If you want Crown Badge - use for exchange skill medals with Eagle badge - the answer is yes, farming conquest with Coalition Countries. |

1.0.2 Sardinia 1798 is auto , on current version 1806 Sardinia should be enough to get golden badges for medals
