Yesterday my Nexus went dead when the battery went to zero as I played (thought I had turned it off in time) and now I seem to have lost ALL progress on campaigns and ALL generals /princess's I have. Im right back at the start?  I have even lost the 3 extra general slots I had bought. Id also bought 5 medals to buy murat. Please tell me there is something I can do regards this? Has it happened before? |

The progress...I'm sorry but you can't restore you progress since this is an offline game.
In WC3 you can restore your purchases as well but I don't think that's possible in EW4. I didn't find anything like that in-game but maybe ask easytech support

if you made a screenshot you can mail easytech. try it, but probably easytech isn't going to help you

Absolutely love the game but finding it hard to have the willpower to to start afresh. Especially if it could happen again whats the point.

Lost progress is one thing I can accept them saying they cant resolve, but when I have paid for slots and 5 emblems, whats that all about.

The only thing I can advise is to send easytech as much e-mails as possible. If they don't respond, write it in Mandarin and send it to easytech and you'll probably be helped right away

1. Click the button with email sign on the left corner of main interface. So that we can know the basic information of your device.
2. Provide your consumer vouchers in screenshots.
3. Send the information about the two steps above to : easytechservice@outlook.com
Our staff will help you to solve your problems. It will take about 2-3 working days. Please be patient.
We have released a new version on World Conqueror 3 win10 since we solved the problems last month. And we are moving on solving the problems on EW4.
However, your situation was caused by the Intel chip, after you updated the device.
We have meet about 3 cases in this year. And believe or not, it is not that simple to solve the problem.
If you could or have changed your phone, please let us know. We will restore your purchases and some extra medals as a compensation.

I still think the "Intel chip" excuse is a load of BS, I've been complaining to them for a year now about the game crashing.
