Please follow these steps to restore the medals:
1. Click the button with email sign on the left corner of main interface. So that we can know the basic information of your device.
2. Provide your consumer vouchers in screenshots.
3. Send the information about the two steps above to : easytechservice@outlook.com
Our staff will help you to solve your problems. It will take about 2-3 working days. Please be patient.
We have released a new version on World Conqueror 3 win10 since we solved the problems last month. And we are moving on solving the problems on EW4.
However, your situation was caused by the Intel chip, after you updated the device.
We have meet about 3 cases in this year. And believe or not, it is not that simple to solve the problem.
If you could or have changed your phone, please let us know. We will restore your purchases and some extra medals as a compensation.

I still think the "Intel chip" excuse is a load of BS, I've been complaining to them for a year now about the game crashing.
