Hi people i am new to this game, and i am looking for a manual or some guides, mainly explaining the buildings and city upgrade, tech ect. Tacticly i can hold me own and
U guys cant point me to a proper guide explaining the game more?

I think you can't find that kind of Guide in this forum  You can try Tutorial mission and notice during your gameplay for information of Building (cost) Upgrade (cost and effect - I think the description is really clear). For Unit efficiency, try this link: european-war-4.boards.net/thread/9398/standard-units-reviewThe most guide you can find here: 1/ Guide for Campaign and some tips in conquest, some detailed specific Nation conquest, challenges. 2/ Generals ranking list, skill analysis.
