i have been playing the games for a few months and yesterday my tablet froze and crashed while the game was on. when i rebooted the tablet (Window based) the game lost all my data and months of playing was wiped out and the game acts like i just downloaded the game. any advice on if/how to recover the data. no backup for the tablet.

If you have bough IAPs, you can email EasyTech for a recovery code (try to send a screenshot of the receipt and other relevant info as evidence). If you used the in-app Cloud feature, maybe that will work. Without making an external backup, there is NO way to recover data, unless somehow you made a full backup of everything on your phone prior to the crash. |

They won't help you, my friend lost his data and really wanted a compensation, but easytech ignored him and even told him to search Google to see how to recover the data. Horrible customer service
