May I suggest this to be added:
1939 conquest for Romania guide, and the tab should be made to easy and green, since it is very easy to get S rank without any tech upgrades or generals.
So first of all, send the three units nearest to Yugoslavia, but don't attack first use the howitzer to open fire on the north unnamed city. Then for antonescu and the light tank use them to injure the closest Soviet tank, and put the infantry behind.
The next turn will go smoothly where student the German general will harm the Yugoslavian to low health, your troops should wipe out the armoured car there but leave the city at half hp. Use antonescu on the other front to lower the Soviet tank morale then use the infantry to destroy the tank.
Move your low hp light tank back into the city to heal. The Germans should have surrounded Poland. In the 3rd turn, the Yugoslavian city will be at 0 health with a weak unit, just take the city AT ALL COSTS don't let the Germans or Italians take it.
Now Krakow in Poland should be at 0 city health with only a full health unit surrounded by German generals. Pull all units to surround Krakow, and attack if you wish to. Do note that at this point u dont need to build any extra units for now as you need to save up for paratrooper later.
Some Poland units will attack Hungary and your nearest city but just ignore and use your barracks to hold it off. On the 4th turn, just follow your allies to take Belgrade. Now use fighters and your troops to take Krakow with a paratroop. Recommended that you have plans cost tech upgrade and you can take the 0 hp unnamed Poland city.
After this, it's really easy where you just keep your troops in Krakow, paratroop Warsaw when it gets low hp, and get your troops from defeated Yugoslavia to attack the Soviet union. After you defend and paratrooper Warsaw u can start building units to take donetsk, and if you like put a general for that to speeds things up. If not it's perfectly doable and afterwards spam medium tanks to get kiev and stalingrad(work on both at a time) till u occupy them, then stop first and rush all your troops to Minsk and steal it from the Germans.
After that, just build up defensive units and paratrooper steal Riga or Leningrad if they are low hp, which is crucial for later when u want to invade Norway and then UK and then America. Rokossovsky will come rushing to u at Minsk, so get as many medium tanks as you can to hold out, once you destroy him rush everything u got to take moscow(never ever let the Germans get it or you will regret not being able to produce heavy tanks), then the conquest eastward will be very simple with little resistance.
One hard city to get will be new Delhi, where the Indians just spam mediums and howitzers. Just use artillery and heavy or medium tanks to take it. After that it's super smooth sailing as Africa will be run over by the axis and u win lel.

new delhi requires more than 5 turns to take without generals, and it has mountains to protect it as well
