I have 347 stars rank lvl 51 and nobility lvl 59 I complete HRE with 33 turns and 9999,3018,9999 But i only receive 500 years rule in Asia
I Level up my rank? or i need more stars ?

Less turns. Try to trade excess food and money for steel if possible so that you don't have to wait to hit 9-3-9 combination. |

Try US 1775 then. I forgot about the nobility level but as long as you have 4 maxed out nobility you are fine.
