The cartoons I have watched when I was a child were mainly Tom and Jerry, Courage the Cowardly Dog, and some other cartoons I have forgotten. Though, I have watched whatever episode of Pokemon was aired, which of course is English dubbed. The only old cartoon that I have watched is probably Tom and Jerry, got the kick out of me watching Tom catch Jerry while Jerry catches Tom or both just being brothers.

I'm finding The Simpsons to be a great source of political satire

I recently found an episode of Spongebob, "Squid on Strike", that could probably go in satire.
I also enjoy some 1940's looney tunes, even if 45 percent of that was just anti-fascist propaganda lol.

Not really as old as most of the other cartoons, but I used to watch a lot the 2008 Star Wars: The Clone Wars. That was quite good, and now I even had the chance of watching the last season. I have also watched the 2003 version, which is also very cool because it reminds me very much of Samurai Jack from back in the days I was still in kindergarten.

Rocky and Bullwinkle, as seen from my signature, and of course, the great Animaniacs.

I remember somehow, but not in detail, the older format en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Teenage_Mutant_Ninja_Turtles_(1987_TV_series) β¬ and had no Idea that even newer productions exist. What I remember good is, that the series changed it's name after a few episodes: From TM Hero Turtles to TM Ninja Turtles - no idea why. I love to learn new things... Do you have one special episode, that you suggest to watch?

My parents were Mexican immigrants and they brought with them old cartoons of their time like he-man, thundercats, and dbz on discs & dvds but I've lost them since.

This isn't old, but I like "The Penguins of Madagascar" partially for nostalgia (it was my childhood show) and also because it is seriously funny!

I've never seen that. But the '12 is very good. The episodes I recommend to watch, if you have a basic idea of the cartoon are the season endings, which are usually in part 1 and 2. In season 4, though they are not labelled as part 1 and 2 (named as requim and owari - that's Japanese) they can be considered as two parts. The other ones are - Season 2 - "The Manhattan Project (Part 1 and 2)" ; Season 3 "Return to New York (Part 1 and 2)" It even has a space theme in the first half of season 4, which you can devour every second.
