Does anyone know how to add a general with a flag behind it?
I seen in other mods there was a soviet general and the background had a soviet flag. Does anyone know how to do that?

You first start with 3 files, your template, your flag background, and your portrait. You first crop a perfect circle out of the flag using the circle crop tool and paste it in the template file. You then use the resize tool to resize the oval flag to fit the template. For best results, make your adjustments in one operation. You then right click and anchor the image. Then you carefully crop out a circle with head of the general from a portrait. Paste the crop out in a fresh new document and resize the image to fit the template. You then carefully crop out the head using the oblique crop tool. Once you’ve done that, copy and paste the head to the template. Make sure to anchor it. The image should look next to perfect if my instructions are followed.
