I'm on PC and i got World Conqueror 4 from the Microsoft Store (i haven't had a phone in ages) so can someone expalin to me what software i should use etc to get the Great Patriotic War Mod working on my computer? Currently i have File Viewer Plus 3 but i have no idea where to go from there. Also would be great if someone could send me the link to the Great Patriotic war mod. Thanks in advance.
