I created my city but I don't know how to set the size of the province. Someone can help me please ?

semuslim, if this is a modern day mod , then please , do accurate alliances Not like Turkish Modder Central Asian countries should be on Russian side Afghanistan as nato and etc. Also please do HOI4 colors

The part where I draw the circle is in London, Line spacing 296.
This is the area of London's coordinates.
Put London's coordinates where you want them to be, and they become London's territory.
I am also not good at English.

So, if I understand, 3F05 is London, so you make, the hex spot - 142 ; [result] + 53F for find London coordinates ? If it's true, after for exemple I want to take a part of France, this part (of france) I want to belongs on London (UK) what I need to do ? |
