Hello all, re visiting this game after my success and enjoyment of EW6. Could you guys tell me which items are the best for EW4?

I have:
Sophia
Schanhorst
Sulkowski

I’m pretty new to this one and have 800 medals to spend. My team is also new and I’m not looking to keep these for the long run so items best in general.
