I have two questions, and I need some help:
1. Who can help me get all units files from the game ( PNG, json, bin, xml and whatever else is needed). I nedd the units for an experiment that might work.
2. How to actually introduce the files into European War 4, thus replacing the original units from the game?

I think the files and pictures and texts that are related to the unit should be overwrited with vanilla files
But not sure

CountVonNumenor, there a ew4 three kingdom mod with the units added to the game. I think there a wc3 mod that has it to.

@communist, I know that, but the 3k mod on EW4 is virused, so I don't trust downloading it. Otherwise, I would used the mod to jist copy-and-paste that files from a place to another.

@communist , where to get the apk from? I cant find it. Plus, nobody wants to risk by downloading it, so looks like this version might be on tatters.

Ok.
1) you have to take the 3k units (the files should be called
unit_infantry.png
unit_infantry.bin
unit_infantry.xml
If in the game where you want to transfer the files there is already some files with this name then modify the name
For example:
unit_infantry1.png
unit_infantry1.bin
unit_infantry1.xml
Then go inside the XML file and at the first line you have to change the name of the file too.
2)Go into Def motions and copy the unit's motions which are in unit_infantry1 to the Def_motion file of the other game
When you copied unit motions then make sure to modify res="unit_infantry" to res="unit_infantry1" If the unit has the name of an already existing unit change the name of the unit (for example "soldier1") (the name doesn't matter)
3) Now add a new unit with this name "soldier1" for example) in armysettings.json

hord , how about adding gog2 units into WC4 I only want: T-72 -> Soviet/Yugoslav/Chinese/North Korean super tank M1a1 -> american/Brit/french super tank Leopard -> German super tank Type90 -> Japanese super tank I want other units to stay as same as vanilla units

CountVonNumenor, get an APK of APK editor. There, you select simple edit after selecting your APK, then you can locate it in the assets folder.
