I was wondering can you use a infantry master medal on a artillery generals, like will they have a buff or not. do the medals only affect and buff the skill the generals have?

Almost the medals buff the skill that generals have, they can't give additional skills. Except last medal (fire extinguish medals) gives additional skill like Fire proof in EW4) |
