artygnat, they're scripted events that happen to give specific nations a boost in performance. This will "heat up" the intensity of the conflict and supposedly make Conquest more enjoyable.

i don't see anything funny at 13:30, what are you on about? AI created new (legit) unit, with a general. what's your problem exactly? that there is no factory? generals can spawn in there regardless, as said, scripted event.
personally, more annoying is Australian tanks spawn in southeast Australia, no city, just growing out of desert.
on Timoshenko, yes, Leningrad is his birthplace, and another tank general can spawn there in the very next move, making Leningrad very hard to get. as it was in RL, as it should be. on subject of supertank, i need to see it to belive it. can you replicate that? you sure it's not just skin?

I've just replayed '39 FIN 4 times: Timosh is created in turn 9. plain vanilla tank. ot, you really should get in there in move 2, that solves it.

What I meant by going to 13:31 I mean wait for the rocket artillery to spawn on Minsk with Konev on it, and for the Finland '39 conquest you need a bunch of good paratroopers around it (Zhukov and Mannerheim maybe another) and Timoshenko will spawn in a super heavy, ill post some pictures of it

Know what I think of it you guys are right about the scripting, for Example in 1960 if you play as a country (other than the USSR) a superheavy will spawn on Riga and one on Leningrad with Timoshenko after a few turns, but thanks for helping me understand how it works

off topic 1: '39 FIN, I'm in love with her since HOI 2... first ever 1* conquest I did, and while farming for industry, must have won it like 20 times. (after that I moved onto GRE and YU, much faster.) point is, it's all about good opening, and no, you do not need paras for that. ill take few pics soon of first 3-4 moves. details to come.
off topic 2: to understand it all better, play first 10-15 moves over and over again. try different things, observe AI moves as well, look for easy pickings. and yes, identify what triggers AI spawns and attacks. it's also good to play third country first couple of moves to see how AI is managing FIN; what are their "natural" goals, what happens if they fail, what it does right and where you can improve.

birthplace, time and possible conditions should be visible in game data/generals, I have no access. maybe browse/ask at mods forum? i knew of few that concerns my favourite conquests, but I move too fast for most into aliens now anyways, and poor things don't get any generals. what's wrong with it, foreign race has no leaders? at all? what are they like, anarchists or somethings, how they found their way here at all, i wonder?

I think they discovered communism and decided leaders were useless, in fact, I think I should change that, do you know of any mods where you can play as the Aliens?

Yeah well, maybe even like one where you start at the beginning of the invasion or something, also how are the aliens able to operate the Anti-Air weaponry on cities? If they can do that, why can't they drive tanks and whatnot

however, you can mod a general, or entire class of units to your liking, like giving art range of 5, health of 1000 and defo damage 500. did that when I was like 9
