This update is a larger patch than the previous 3.1

Fixed:
-Grammatical Errors in Eastern Campaign debriefs
-Fixed Russo-Swedish War 1788 having sides switched to the wrong nation
-Fixed Fate of Poland's mission limit to 10 rounds instead of 8
-Grammatical Errors in some misc texts
-Fixed Duc de Vendome being in the game twice, one replaced with Camille D'Hostun
-Venice Neutral in 1732 and 1740, Milan given to the HRE
Added:
-Savoy to 1700 Conquest
-Transylvania has been given to the Hungarian Rebels, due to their
support towards Rakozci.
-Poland, Russia and Denmark are now the 3rd green alliance, to separate them from
the Spanish War of Succession
-Barbary States are Neutral in 1700
-Naples has been added to Europe 1732
-Sicily Given to Spain in 1732
-Beseiging Russian Forces are given some of Belarus and Lithuania to pose a greater threat to Danzig
-Barbary States are Neutral in 1793
-Some ships are given to the Jacobites in 1700 and 1740 for a better defense of the french coast
-Unit Buffs to French Infantry (Sharing buffs with Sweden, Allied Tribes, and Switzerland), Ottoman Artillery, British Infantry, skirmishers and horse guards,
Russian Hussars and Horse Guards, Prussian Infantry and Cavalry (Shared with some German states)
-Buffed Buildable defenses such as Fences, Bunkers, Trenches, etc to have a greater effect on defense.
-Terrain slightly affects units more (for example, Mountains deter effective Cavalry Charges)
-Barbary States Neutral in 1740
-New Descriptions for all units
Removed:
-All excess vanilla generals that did not participate largely in the late 18th century.
-Beleigum Ball as a general, since he is no longer funny, he will be replaced with Leopold I
