Now I have been puzzeled on how to heal a unit without having hospital items or a temple as building a temple costs a lot of time, waiting for it to build, then putting the unit there, and to wait for the healing process to go over and then there is the danger of having the unit close to the front and it being damaged and possibly eliminated and if its awar from the front then it will take some time to reach it and a longer time to return him. Now what's the most efficient way to heal a unit, in campaign/conquest and what is it in a challange mission (as you cannot leave, give your general hospital items and then return to where you reached as it doesnt save), is there a way for cities to heal your units or what? Anything related to this topic would be appreciated.

After a bit of fighting, I usually build a temple and defend the city as many of my generals, Murat and Massena being the main offenders, will take significant beatings. It is usually a much quicker process if a general has a healing item to begin with.
