For the modding part, I want all the generals I'll add to have the same art style as the base game generals (for reference, look at the game's picture of Heinz Guderian, then look up his black and white photo on google images), does anyone know how to do this? (I've also found out it's not just colorizing the photo, or at least, it's more complicated than expected)

Actually I'll just tell you,
Mobile I have no idea but PC I have some way on how they do it.
They have a similar style to HOI4 portraits
The portraits are 100% Handmade
You might need good copying and blending skills and also I decent image editor like paint.net,GIMP, or Photoshop.
