Barclay is usually a recommended budget Infantry General, although it’s often better to save up and get Massena and Karl, but Barclay makes for an excellent 3rd Infantry General late game.

I could just get them both. Pair off with my Wellesley and Messena. (Karl is a bit pricey for now) Thanks.
