Hello! So, since the WC4 competition ended I now have more medals, but don't know how to use them. I have Guderian, Rommel, Leeb, Konev, Nimitz, and Messe. Should I get another general to replace Messe first? If so, which one would be best? or continue to upgrade the generals I already have? I calculated the cost for fully upgrading abilities for just Guderian: A hefty 5,000 medals  , so I am hesitant to start splashing what I have on just upgrades, since there is the potential to get a sixth(or seventh) man. Thank you! |

That was the lineup I used to complete the game, though I had to replace Messe with a proper 3rd tank gen to get 3 stars on UN 9 hard. So you don’t really need a new gen unless you are at the very end, because Guderian, Konev, Rommel are the carries. Although maxing out Guderian is cool, you should also spread out the upgrades for Konev and Rommel as well. Get armoured assault, panzer leader and the artillery equivalents for those 3 gens to at least lvl 3 first, then spend the rest on rumour and Guderian.

Explosives offers more output in my opinion, despite it not being able to get a medal for it. I also like the skill cover, as it has a -84% damage penalty and works when your on the offensive, defensive, or even against air (maybe nukes too). It is universally helpful. If you want to learn more about cover, I recommend to give Cho in the 1950 conquest as North Korea a go and check it out. It has a 12% chance to trigger though. |

No, I am on NATO 6 and WTO 6, though I haven't tried the levels in some time as I did the anniversary thing & had schoolwork. |

Well in that case,just upgrade Rumor and Blitzkrieg on Guderian and any tank general to lvl 2-3 and dont forget about Armored Assault,you are plenty of generals to beat cold war era easily by that time i just had Vatutin and Konev so it will be more easier for you. |

Yeah, I have Leeb's, Konev's, Guderian's, and Rommel's main abilities up to level 3, though I'm debating on what to give to Nimitz and Rokossovsky in terms of extra abilities.

For nimitz i’d give him rumor and explosives. For rokossovsky, I would suggest making him a damage dealer and giving him armored assualt and explosives, and then both the iron cross and armored assualt medal. |
