What you should do is mail easytechmail@gmail.com In this post you should add your in game ID which can be found in the shop. Plus your receipt which can be found in your appstore or playstore. And a brief description about what happened (i.e. you bough 10k medals but didn't appear). Please click the "Restore" button in the game now. If you do not change your device before , you will get what you have bought in the game after clicking on the "Restore" button . And please make sure your network is in good condition.
