Ok so I ran into some road blocks
1.hex I understand it but City ownership is whats confusing me mainly the math or equation on how to change the owner
2.WC3 French,Japense and British Super Tanks idk how to add them when I do it crashes
3.Lastly School is another problem it cut majorly into my modding time so yes it has (devolpment)
If you dont what this mod is its a Historical accuracy mod because it bothers how messed the conquests are in Vanilla WC4 and Campaigns (Im also fixing those)
