Looking at Smigly’s stats, he seems like a weird form of city defender. His architecture skill means he will always be dividing enemy output between himself and the city, and you could put rumor or street fighter on him to make him more combat useful. His shelter skill would come in handy late game too, as he would significantly reduce the damage of a nuke.
Supremely niche use, and he is not super set up for it, but is it still something the guy could be used for?

Rocket artillery stacked 3 times has lower hp than a 4 stacked mechanized infantry. |

True true, i am a bit biased xP He is heinrici with architecture 1 thing for sure, he can last about 2-3 turns when there is 3 generals attacking him |

Smigly seems great for tasks. Level 3 Architecture and Level 2 Elastic Defense (both of which are expensive skills) + 5 stars Movement for just 1455 medals seems kinda like a bargain, for someone that would be great to send to do missions.

IMO dont buy generals from tier 1 and 2 and if you it must be leeb or dowding also you can buy Vatutin and american general which cost 2.2k(cant remember in this moment who.
