In EW6 there's no many Emperor and Emperor need much resources for upgrading, but only 10 ability equal to 2.5% atk seems it's not worth. I think Emperor should have 2 sub upgrade (1. Add atk by percentage / aura buff for all allied units within range - about 5% to 10% is nice. 2. Defence upgrade.) What's your opinion?

Emperor only adds 10 battle ability, but the price is high.I suggest an increase in defense(maybe around 5-6%) and around 20 battle ability

If they buff emperor, it would make more generals useful, and may even make really bad generals really good just because they can reach emperor. The problem is that those that cannot reach emperor are pretty much kcufed, unless they have an aura ability. Yeah, 2.5% attack isn't that much worth with the amount of resources you use just to get emperor, but buffing it to atleast 10 % is already good enough i think. Maybe they should give generals unique skills that can only be unlocked when reaching emperor, for example, Napoleon when placed in an artillery would always deal 150% damage to all armor types. But either they make it so every general can reach emperor, and give them all unique abilities, or make it so that generals that don't have unique abilities are compensated by stats or something.

Unlock skill when reach Emperor is like EW5 and it changes meta a lot, i think better keep the number of Emperors is better

It would be really hard to balance every General in the game, so either adding additional mechanics in the game, or adjusting numbers is the best bet. Would be fun if they add mechanics to units depending on the country, like how Prussian infantry gaining a plus 20 increase in damage when a group of 3 are close together, or Russia having lower costs for their units. As for the generals, a 10% damage and defense should be enough for reaching emperor, or 5% damage and defense.

The first game i know that has national special upgrade and hidden ability for common units.

Command and Conquer Zero hour is what was in my mind when i thought of that, like how China is good for swarming, US in intelligence and airforce dominance, and GLA in stealth tactics. It just gives the countries more of an identity and it would make the difficulty of the game not simply reliant on the size of the country or the available generals a country has. Also, i was slightly disappointed when i realized Poland doesn't have a special unit ( was expecting that they have the Polish hussar ).
