I’m currently playing WC4 on iOS, and from some threads I’ve seen, iOS and Android versions of WC4 have some differences. I’m wondering what are these differences and whichever version is better in your opinion?

I’m wondering what are these differences and whichever version is better in your opinion? For Android, the recent first anniversary of WC4 was celebrated in the form of a race. ET has kindly allowed the racing mode stages to be left in the game, but this is exclusive to Android. For IOS, besides the lack of the aforementioned racing mode, I don't think there is a difference. Of course, there is the traditional release date difference in which IOS players get to play new ET games before Android players can, but I don't think this is a key issue.

I actually had to spend 1 US dollar to buy WC3, but not WC4. Well... I hope that ET would do something available for both iOS and Android players in the next anniversary... or maybe instead ET will be too fixated on a WC5 instead (plz make WC5 free for iOS players)
