That's because if you're attacking only assault art can trigger while if you're defending only defense art can trigger Thats the reason i choose my self over Radetzky and a little banner benefical for Dumbrowski. It really just depends on your playstyle |

I read all section of this thread but no one ever notice how to beat this...
I really hope Mr. Kanue with his great guide will explain this plsz or Lord Mountbatten by his extraordinary explanation will give some tips.
Why i still stuck? Bcs when i go to kill Davout by droping Wellington troops, all French General come like im the choosen one WTF. Even the Russian guy on YouTube with a lot of expensive and mod General use much medikits! Dafuq?!
Pls anyone tell me where to start and putting the general.
My current line up:
Sophia (110:6) with potent powder
Murat (150:8) with cav sword
Kate (86:5) no item
Golitsyn (98:6) with cav sword
Isabella (110:6) with brown gunpowder
I have 1 tent (+4) and snare drums and waehorse
Note: sophia & golitsyn close to up their rank. Sophia alr 4 star arty & isabella 5 arty star.
Pls guys need help.

True. Defense Art really is more OP. 20-30 difference as opposed to easily 50 difference on cavalry that's a different story. If assault art triggers and you s/l you can take out a lot of enemies while defense art is more for the slower player. I never valued defense art much because it doesn't fit into my playstyle Actually I really hate bagration and kutuzov because of their f*king defense art triggering all the time, but nothing is worst than red cao ren is 3kc when his defense art trigger 90% of the time |

Joachim Murat in this lvl dont puse kate on navy, its useless, in this case, put murat in the guards cav in the north,sophia onthe heavy art in the north, kate on the heavy art in the south, isabella on the rocket in the south, later oncr u capture a stable spawn either guards or double heavy hav for golitsyn, keep wellesley in the back of ur army, only use him when u think its safe, or he will get anniliates, also prepear some medkits in case wellesley gets too damaged. use kate and isabella to bomb exelmans and let mercer solo maseille. , once mecer captures maseille let marcer capture the indistry west of masille and spawn cheap inf in masille to protect it (recommended line inf), once exelmans is dead prepeare for oult, kill soult ASAP or else once gouvion comes and soult is not dead ur in big trouble, then, kill gouvion and wait for the north army to arrive, fending off troops france will send at u, if the north army is npt doing well then send iaabella up to assist. In the north, before u land use sophia and murat to bust the coastal fort, pncr u land go for nantes ASAP, for drouot jist let ur 3 gens get close to him and pound, he cant retaliate. aft nantes is taken go for the indistry beside it, then meet with the south army, do the same for nantes as i have said for masille, then take the lvl 5 city or the coastal city to ensure income, once every thing is done davout will be attacking nantes along with some troops, surround and kil him, then its easy aft that as grouchy is ez and napoloen wont come for u , comolete the objectives around paris and napoloen whil sending cheap inf to surround and pound, once the targets around paris is done go steaight for napoleon with all u got and kill him, but keep wellesley alive at all costs, then cap paris and win tips: u need to switch the drum aggressively on different gens to ensure stable out put protect wellesley at all costs, dont attack, all enemy gens will come to u at some point ib time

also try not to spam too much arty as in is not profitable due to 3 strong enemy arty gens in this lvl who will destroy ur artillery

I remember absolutely nothing about this mission, sorry. I played it, won first try, then stopped playing for 3 weeks before restarting. The only thing I kind of remember is it looks similar to War of Glory in Coalition.
