How can I create a third alliance, WTO (USSR, Mongolia, etc) in WC3 HoI mod WW2 scenarios? I know that I should change Camp and VsCamp numbers but the problem is how do I know which country has which ID? There are so many new countries in that mod (Baltic states, Austria...) so the info isnt available from normal WC3 country IDs.

Like country id 23 in hex that is 17
