I have 2328 medals and my generals are Eisenhower, Manstein, Guderian, Leeb and Konev. For my 3rd tank gen should I get Rokossovski, Vatutin, or Rommel with 20% discount( I cannot complete his 40% mission).

for me i completed his with guderian, konev, leeb and vatutin. However, get rokossovsky as he's better than vatutin(beginner general)
