I just lost all my progress, headquarters,all my generals and princess are gone, campaign,imperial eagle and the coalition back to campaign 1,even the royal medals i earned from finishing the 2 campaign gone,but my save games were all okay,

It happens, but the only thing that can be restored is your IAP purchases.
At the very least, your experience in playing is not reset so you know the most efficient way to play and recover your progress.

You can transfer your data with iCloud (if you have ios device of course)

How do I apply for restoration of the IAP's? The same just happened to me on Android.

How do I apply for restoration of the IAP's? The same just happened to me on Android. Send an email to ET with receipts of purchase, also inform them of your lost progress. Hope that there is a swift reply and they should send you a code to use to restore progress. (Based on my best guess, so take this with a lot of salt.) |
