Is there a written tutorial on how to change map,add new countries and units in hex?

How does one place oil rig on map?

Is there a way of changing limit of generals deployed during gameplay?

How to change scenery on map e.i. trees,hills etc?

How to assign generals to nations?

Any help is appreciated thanx.
